VINIFICATION
Fermented on the skins for 7 days, using a selection of yeasts, reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.
RECOMMENDED pairing
Grilled lamb, stews, baked vegetables, and medium cheeses.

16-18°C

TASTING NOTES

An austere wine with pronounced spice. Dried plums, blackberries, and balsamic on the nose.
